By using Celebimew ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("ToS"). Continued use of the Bot constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

The Bot is provided to assist you with channel management, server management etc. The Bot is offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

By using the Bot, you agree:

• Not to abuse or misuse the Bot or its features.
• Not to use the Bot to violate Discord’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
• Not to use the Bot for any illegal activity, harassment, or spamming.

Celebimew collects limited data only when necessary. Data collected is in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Bot at our discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these ToS or Discord’s policies.

6. Liability

In no event shall Celebimew be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Bot. The Bot is provided "as-is," with no warranties or guarantees.

7. Amendments

These ToS may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Bot or an associated server. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
